What's the difference between 30-day and lifetime access?
30-day access gives you full report access for one month. Lifetime access means you own that report forever, including all future updates when new information becomes available.
Can I upgrade from Pay Per Watch to Collector?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime. However, watches you've purchased lifetime access to remain yours even if you later cancel the Collector subscription.
What happens when my Collector subscription ends?
You'll lose access to the unlimited database, but any watches you purchased lifetime access to before subscribing remain accessible forever.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions. Individual watch reports are non-refundable once accessed.
